Media

When you upload any form of data, including passport, and other images, these documents are storedd offline and are not included in anyway in any part of the website. Your media data is sent to our servers via email and stored in our server secure storage location. You may request deletion of this data at any time after your services have been provided.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

None of your data is stored on the webstie. However, we do retain any documentation and information, persoanl detials and anything you submit to us via the online forms. We retain this information for a minimum of three (3) years offline and then is is deleted permanently. You may request deletion of your data at any time and we will comply immediately. However, should you wish to use our services again you will need to resubmit all your persoanl data and any documentation again. 

Where your data is sent

Your data is received via our email server or submitted to use as hard copy.. The digital data is stored in our offline servers where is resides for the terms as outlined above. Any hard copy information  or documentaiton you submit as part of the process will be returned to you including any copies made during the provision of your documentation services.

Your data is not accessible to anyone outside our organisation.
